Tribute
It is with immense sadness and extreme heartbreak that we announce the sudden passing of Jason Daniel Mortimer, which occurred at his home in Richmond BC on December 20, 2024, due to Cardiac Arrest resulting from Severe Cardiovascular Disease.

Besides his parents Jason is survived by his brothers Jeffery (Melissa) Mortimer and Jonathan (Amber) Mortimer, nephew Jayden Mortimer, nieces Keeva and Maeve Mortimer as well as several uncles, aunts and cousins.

I am so saddened by this news, but grateful to have known Jason. We spent some time together in the past few years, became close through a common journey, and helped each other through good times and challenging ones. Jason’s distinct laugh is ringing in my ears today, his generosity in my heart, and his sense of humour in my smile as I remember him for the good man he was. May he journey onwards peacefully.
From: Gail Richardson
